Filing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) in India requires deducting tax at the time of payment or credit and remitting it to the government.Due Dates: Payments: TDS must be deposited by the 7th of the following month (except for March, which is due by April 30th). Return : TDS Return must be filed by the last day of the succeeding month of every Quarter (except for March, which is due by May 31st)Non Filing Penalties : Rs.200 per Day for every day of delay in filing.1.5% pm. Interest on the TDS laibility from the month for which it is delayed. (Eg.
