Step-by-Step Registration Process
  1. User Registration: Visit the Kerala Registration Department Portal and create a user account on eGroups Kerala.
  2. Fill the Form: Log in, select "New Society Registration," and fill in the details of the society, members, and governing council.
  3. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your ID proofs and the executed stamp paper/documents.
  4. Pay the Fee: Pay the registration fee online or offline and book a slot.
  5. Physical Verification: Present the original documents and identity proofs in person at your local District Registrar's office.
Once verified by the District Registrar, the society's legal status is recognized, and the registration certificate will be issued.
